Step 6: The mother of all fixes, but firstly makes a Backup of all your data by going to settings > Backup and Reset > Backup your data.
Then go to settings app > Back up and Reset > Tap on Reset factory settings.
Can’t Find the Available Wi-Fi Network
Step1: Switch on your wireless > tap settings app in your smart phone > Wi-Fi > move the slider to on.
Step 2: Search for available Wi-Fi networks, if you don’t find any available network, use another smart phone or computer to show if there are an available network or not.
Step 3: If there aren’t available networks, switch off your Wi-Fi issues and switch it on again.
Step 4: Restart your router then restart your phone.
Step 5: Use the advantage of reset all network settings if you still not founding available networks, tap on the settings app > Backup and Reset > Reset all network settings, after finishing open Wi-Fi and search for available networks.

Step 1: firstly, Reboot your router then restart your phone.
Step 2: Then go to the settings app > Wi-Fi > choose your network and long tap on it > forget this network, then re switch on your Wi-Fi from app settings and try now your network connection.

Tap settings app > Wi-Fi > choose advanced Wi-Fi settings near the Wi-Fi slider > tap keep Wi-Fi on during sleep, it will appear new window with 3 choices (always, only when plugged in, never ”increase data usage”) choose latest choice never.
Step 3: This step only for Galaxy smartphones, if you still face your issue, launch the phone dialer then enter this code (*#0011#).
Basic window will appear > choose Wi-Fi from settings on right top of the window.
In the bottom there is a Wi-Fi power saving mode > tap on it to disable it.
Step 7: If those steps didn’t fix your problem and you are still fixing this problem, back up all your data and tap settings app > back up and reset > reset factory settings. and solve your Wi-Fi issues.
